Renovation of a municipal facility in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Minor interior renovations of approximately 3,522 sf to the existing court room and lobby of Court Services. Project includes all general construction, mechanical and electrical work per plans and specifications. Questions regarding online bidding please contact Central Bidding at (225)-810-4814. Bid documents will only be made available to plan holders as entire documents including drawings and specifications. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to 5% of the bid,payable to The City of Ridgeland as bid security. A Payment and Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price shall be required of the successful bidder. The Contracts will be awarded to the lowest, best and acceptable bidders, except that The City of Ridgeland reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any and all bids. Pre-Bid Conference: 1. A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Xxxx xx, 2022 at Ridgeland Court Services Court Room. a. All Bidders, Subcontractors and Suppliers are urged to attend. b. All Bidders are expected to visit the site, and familiarize themselves of all conditions relating to the Work prior to the pre-bid conference. Failure to visit the site will in no way relieve the successful Bidder from his obligation to complete all work in accordance with the Contract Documents without additional cost to the Owner.
