Federal Aid No. N/A CFDA: Pre-bid Meeting: No Location: Sussex County The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials to replace the existing stop log spillway with a piano key weir to increase spillway capacity. Add mechanical gate low level outlet structure. Complete structural repairs to the two cell culvert as needed. Make improvements to dam for better resiliency. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. : All work on this contract must be complete within 151 Calendar Days. The Contract Time includes an allowance for 27 Weather Days. The Department's intent is to issue a Notice to Proceed for work to start on or about September 6, 2022. Note that a partial NTP is anticipated upon contract signing to begin fabrication of items 615520 and 615521.
