The City of Chilliwack is seeking the services of an experienced and qualified professional Consultant who has in-depth knowledge, technical expertise and understanding of land Development/Subdivision Bylaws and practices in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. The current Land Development Bylaw 2014, No. 3055 approved on April 1, 2014, includes construction specifications and standard drawings. Over the past 8 years a number of community and master plans have been adopted that provided recommended updates to this Bylaw. It is important that the Land Development Bylaw be updated to reflect the most current technical standards and best practices for infrastructure design and construction. It is the intent of this assignment that the Proponent will provide one (1) designated Project Manager who will oversee, communicate and represent directly with the City's Project Manager. Regardless of the exact scope of the Work proposed by the Proponent, the Proponent's proposal must meet the intent of the Project Objectives & Requirements.
