The Keller Middle School - Construction of New Locker Building project consists of the construction of a new 10,000 (+/-) square foot building, including site work and related infrastructure, at the existing school site located at 7020 E Brittain St, Long Beach, CA 90808. Project scope also includes the demolition of four existing portable classrooms, disconnection of utilities for other portable buildings in preparation for being relocated by others to an offsite location, and landscaping. The new building consists of changing rooms, showers, restrooms, an office, weight room, fitness room, laundry room, custodial room and storage rooms to serve the student population of the school. This includes new building systems (i.e. HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical/Lighting, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage, etc.) as well as accessibility upgrades required for the site's path of travel, and parking per the contract documents.
