Renovation of a water / sewer project in Elizabethton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of May 16, 2022 this project has been awarded to CROM LLC with award amount $178,395.45** The work shall consist of repairing the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Work will include repairing cracks that show evidence of active and past water leakage, and construction joints with deteriorated concrete, and related or incidental work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidders must be licensed as a Contractor in the State of Tennessee. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee as specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
