Elizabethton City Schools in Elizabethton, TN will receive proposals for district Lawn and Landscape Maintenance Services for school year 2022-2023. 1. Lawn and landscape maintenance services are to be provided at the following locations: Elizabethton High School including soccer field and all sports grounds T.A. Dugger Junior High School West Side Elementary East Side Elementary Harold McCormick Elementary Central Office (804 South Watauga Avenue) 2. Lawn maintenance services are to include mowing, trimming, weed spraying, hedge trimming, mulching, and blowing away of debris at the above locations. Service is to include the following: A. Clear fence areas at all locations where applicable. B. Trim/remove grass between sidewalks. C. Pick up trash on grounds before you mow. Do not run over or blow trash out of the way. D. Weed eat/spray banks at t.A. Dugger stadium, east side elementary, harold mccormick elementary and along the tweetsie trail at elizabethton high school, as needed. E. The following must be completed and in place before july 31st of each year at the following locations: Wood chips on playgrounds at: East side elementary West side elementary Harold mccormick elementary Certified playground chips must be used on the west side ada Playground. No substitutes. Inquiries, including questions and requests for clarification, should be submitted as soon as possible but in any event no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 28, 2022. District reserves the right to accept or reject the increase.
