**As of May 12, 2022 this project has been cancelled due to the project is way over budget, so the Owner will look at it again in about 6 months** A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the site for the purpose of considering questions posed by bidders. The conference will be open to general contract and subcontract bidders. The location and time of the conference will be at the Elizabethton Baseball Clubhouse, 802 Holly Lane, Elizabethton, Tennessee on Thursday, February 24, 2022 @ 10:00 am local time. A free standing 7,000 SF structure located at 802 Holly Lane in Elizabethton, Tennessee and is defined in the Contract Documents to include, but not necessarily to be limited to, a wood framed building with metal wall panels and metal roof panels, a concrete slab on grade, 2x6 interior stud walls with insulation at the perimeter of the building, one 10'x8' overhead sectional door and three 3'x7' insulated hollow metal doors and frames. Elizabethton Board of Education (EBOE) will receive bids for BASEBALL TRAINING FACILITY subject to the conditions and specifications.
