Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Combined Locks, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 04/07/2022 This project has been awarded to Northeast Asphalt, Inc in the amount of $273,296.13. The Base Bid includes surface milling and resurfacing Kamps Court, as well as new asphalt parking stalls and concrete sidewalk along the east side of Van Zeeland Park. The Base Bid includes approximately 3,405 S.Y. of surface milling, 520 tons of HMA pavement, 3,015 S.F. of concrete sidewalk, 250 L.F. of concrete curb and gutter and associated restoration. There are also two Alternate Bids for additional work within Van Zeeland Park. Alternate Bid A includes reconstructing the west parking lot within Van Zeeland Park, including new gravel base and HMA pavement (290 tons). Alternate Bid B includes constructing a new pickleball court and basketball court (HMA pavement) south of the west parking lot, including nets, standards, hoop systems and court surfacing/striping.
