Exterior Site Improvements of the Rice Terrace (VA2-1), Johnson Court (VA2-2) and Select Mosby Homes (VA2-4) Developments The project shall consist of, but be not limited to, furnish all labor, materials and equipment and perform all work required for exterior repairs, exterior painting, exterior lighting replacement, tree trimming and removal, and all associated work as specified in and shown in detail in the plans and specifications of the project manual. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined beginning March 2, 2022, at the following locations: Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority, 120 Hope Lane, Bristol, VA; AGC of America, 249 Neal Dr., Blountville, TN; Valley Construction News, 428 W. Campbell Ave., SW, Roanoke, VA, Knoxville Builders Exchange, 300 Clark St., Knoxville, TN; Cope Associates, 2607 Kingston Pike, Suite 5, Knoxville, TN 37919. Submit comments on specifications or other provisions in the Invitation to Bid in writing by 4:00 p.m., March 29, 2022, to Todd Musick, SVP Operations & Development, Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority, 120 Hope Lane, Bristol, VA 24201, fax (276)-642-2009 or email todd@brha.com.
