Site work and paving for a civil project in Nags Head, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of the sealing and paving of approximately 7,282 linear feet of Adams Ln, S. Anchor Ln, S. Bridge Ln, W. Bridge Ln, S Compass Ln and S. Pilot Ln., which are located within the Town of Nags Head. The project also consists of approximately (17) areas that require full pavement patch, 4 new culvert installations and 5 culvert replacements with 18" HP Storm pipe. The Town of Nags Head is requesting Contractors to provide bids for the proposed work. The Town of Nags Head reserves the right to Award the bid that provides the most advantageous combination of price, quality, and performance. The Town of Nags Head is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids. All Bidders are required to adhere to the rules set forth in Article 1 of Chapter 87 of the NC General Statutes. A pre-bid conference is not scheduled or anticipated for this project. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 consecutive calendar days after bid opening except as provided in Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the state(s) in which the work is to be completed.
