Renovation of a medical facility in Forks, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Clallam County Public Hospital District No. 1 is requesting qualified Architects/Engineers to submit Statements of Qualifications to perform a scope of work, which includes providing design and engineering services for a building conversion under hospital licensing for relocation of Physical Rehabilitation Services.Design elements include, but are not limited to, design of a fire suppression system, added treatment rooms with electrical and plumbing, and ensuring that the space will meet life/safety code regulations with DOH. The project budget, including design and building conversion, is $500,000.00, with plan and specifications to be completed by June 16th, 2022. One or more firms will be selected for an interview based upon the following criteria: 1) Rural design experience, 2) Health care design, 3) Previous performance based on reference satisfaction with project completion and ability to remain on budget, 4) Qualifications of key personnel. The Hospital will award the project to the most qualified firm. The most highly rated firms will be selected for interviews. The final award of any contract will be awarded no later than April 22nd, 2022 Clallam County Public Hospital District No. 1 is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
