Additional information must be found at electronically Attention is called to COVID bid procedures on the Countys website. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Repair of selected areas of delaminated and deteriorated concrete within the subbasement and basement parking garage including overhead concrete slab, concrete-encased columns, and concrete walls and related Work indicated in the Contract Documents. 2. Application of corrosion inhibiting coating to all concrete surfaces above the Sub-Basement floor and Parking Garage, including but not limited to slab, beams, and columns, within the area of the scope of work in the Sub-Basement and Parking Garage, after completing all concrete repairs. a. Work shall include the following: a) Temporary detachment, support and reattachment of all affected utilities. b) Temporary barriers, partitions, and other items as required to protect occupants, vehicles, utilities and existing construction to remain, contain and prevent the migration of dirt, dust, debris, coating overspray and other contaminants. c) Supplemental mechanical ventilation to prevent the accumulation and migration of vapors and fumes. 3. Removal and replacement of sanitary floor drains and trench drains at the basement parking garage level. 4. Removal of the existing floor coating system at the garage level and waterproofing application. This scope of work is under Alternate #1.
