Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Roberts, Idaho. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The Project consists of Civil site improvements to the lot including excavation, back fill, grading, concrete and asphalt, supplying and installing a French drain and sand and oil separator, and the construction of a pre-engineer metal building including roughed in plumbing, all electrical, HVAC. The lot is adjacent to highway 48 and will require a ITD ROW Encroachment permit and traffic control be submitted to ITD by the Contractor. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Owner.
