construction of the City of Robert's Water Treatment Equipment Pre-Purchase, The Project consists of furnishing equipment for the Robert's Water Treatment Plant, consisting of a sandfilter system and a pressurized filtration system. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Questions shall be referred to the Project ManagerJaden Jackson - Keller Associates, Inc. at (208) -656-1589 or via email at jjackson@kellerassociates.com. The bidder shall be aware that this project will be funded by Idaho DEQ Emerging Contaminants grant funds and the bidder will need to comply with any funding agency requirements. Bidder is required to meet Davis-Bacon wage and the Build America, Buy America (BABA) requirements. The City of Roberts reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any non-material informalities in the Bids received.
