Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Roberts, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Project consists of Installing approximately 191 feet of new 8 inch sewer line, 2 new 48" manholes, installing approximately 233 square yards of asphalt, 20 feet of 5' sidewalk, preparing a gravel pad for a prefabricated bathroom, electrical for building and outdoor street lights, and a 4" plumbing line to the building connection. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Each Bid must be submitted in the prescribed manner and accompanied by a corporate bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the City of Roberts in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of not less than 100% of the contract price. Each Bidder must have a Public Works Contractors license in the State of Idaho prior to bid opening in accordance with Idaho law. The City of Roberts reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the Bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Roberts.
