Site work for a water / sewer project in Santa Barbara, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project consists of the repairs of several nonoperational isolation valves, installation of new isolation valves where identified and the installation of new sub-water meters where identified as part of Phase 1 of this project. Phase 2 (not included in the bid package) will include the complete replacement of the water main to support the future of the Calle Real Campus. Interested bidders must submit all questions through electronically no later than 3:00 pm PST on Thursday, March 31, 2022. All responses to questions and addendums to the bid documents will be posted through the Pubic Purchase website. All interested bidders are responsible for reviewing and considering all documents and information related to the referenced project in the bid response. The liquidated damages will be $250 (Two Hundred Fifty Dollars) per day for project delays that are determined to be attributable to the Contractor The County reserves the right to reject any and or all bids or waive any informality in a bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
