PROJECT: The work, officially known as 2022 Town Road Sealcoating Town of Dover consists of the following: Sealcoating of the following Town Roads or portions thereof: The bid shall include the following: 1. Crack sealing and flex patching 2. HFRS2 or equivalent liquid asphalt furnished, heated and applied at a rate of .28 gallons per square yard 3. Black boiler slag cover aggregatefurnished, hauled and placed at a rate of 18 lbs. per square yard and rolled 4. All surfacesswepts prior to chip sealing 5. Sweeping of excess aggregate with a pick-up broom to be completed within two to seven (2-7) days after application The road list is as follows: Ketterhagen Road (Hwy J to the West) Approx. 1.5 miles x 22 Feet Mckee Road (Keterhagen to North) Approx. .5 miles x 22 Feet Minnetonka Road (Mckee to West to Sioux Dr) Approx. .86 miles x 22 Feet Lengths and widths of roads are approximate. Road lengths and widths are to be verified by the contractor. Bid prices for each road shall be complete prices. No Estimates will be accepted.
