Question Deadline 06/04/2024 The work, officially known as "Britton Road Shoulder Repair", consists of the re-construction and reshaping of the shoulders on Britton Road using recycled asphalt. The work also includes limited restoration improvements, and other ancillary work required to accomplish the modifications. Project questions shall be submitted to Will Hein at wahein@ati-ae.com or (262) 784-7690. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing not less then 10 days prior to the date for opening of Bids. A certified check or bid bond, payable without condition to the Town of Dover in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a proper contract and bond as surety will be executed and filed within ten (10) days after the acceptance of the bid. If such bidder fails to execute and file such contract and bond, the amount of the check or bid bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interests of Owner.
