Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pardeeville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Lafollette Street Area Development - Phase 2 The work for which bids are asked includes the following: o Approximately 660 linear feet of PVC water main extension including all appurtenances and services. o Approximately 600 linear feet of PVC sanitary sewer main extension including all appurtenances and services. o Approximately 650 linear feet of HDPE storm sewer extension including all associated structures. o Approximately 870 linear feet of roadway construction including dense graded base, curb and gutter, and 4-inch asphalt pavement. Roadway right-of-way was graded to proposed subgrade in 2023 and restored with temporary topsoil and seeding. There are existing utilities and dense graded base for a portion of the roadway construction proposed with Phase 2. o Erosion control and traffic control as required. o All other surface/turf restoration work within the right-of-way. o Bid alternate for 4-inch concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, and detectable warning fields. The anticipated substantial completion date is October 2024. The final completion date is anticipated for November 2024 No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. BIDDER is required to deliver the original certified check or bid bond within the 72 hours of bid opening to MSA Professional Services, Inc., Attn: Nick Manke, 1230 South Boulevard, Baraboo, WI 53913. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages. No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
