Clarification Deadline: 3/14/2022 12:00 PM All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via electronically. BID TYPE Fixed Fee Contract All bid proposals must be submitted on bid forms furnished by the Township and must be accompanied by a Certified or Bank Check; or Bid Bond naming as payee or obligee, as applicable, the Monroe Township Supervisors, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Bid results will be available electronically on Friday, March 18, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. All bids will be reviewed and awards will take place at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Monroe Township Supervisors on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 7:30 P.M. The Board of Supervisors reserve the right to accept and/or reject all or any submitted bids as a complete bid package or as individual bids. The Board of Supervisors reserve the right to add or delete streets from the scope of work. Bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed 45 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
