The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking interested vendors with successful past performance, current relevant experience, personnel/resources, equipment, and capability to perform the following work: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the work required to perform the following waterfront repairs at USCG Station Carrabelle Moorings, Carrabelle, FL (Franklin County). The project includes one (1) Base Bid Item and four (4) Optional Bid Items (OBIs) as summarized below. Base Bid Item #1 Demolish timber Seawall (RPUID 70726) and replace with steel sheet pile, concrete cap, and helical anchors as specified and shown in the Contract Documents. Optional Bid Item #1 Demolish Floating Dock (RPUID 70725) and replace with concrete floating dock, steel guide piles, and aluminum access ladder as specified and shown in the Contract Documents. Optional Bid Item #2 Demolish Timber Pier (RPUID 55475) superstructure and replace with deck boards, stringers, cleats, utilities, pipes, conduits, and lighting. Demolish timber fender piles and replace with composite fender piles as specified and shown in the Contract Documents. Optional Bid Item #3 Replace in-kind step-up transformer, shore power, telecommunications, electrical panel, and safety switches as specified and shown in the Contract Documents.
