AFFIRMATIVE ACTION; Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27. Bids must be made on standard bid forms in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications; must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and solicitation identification number on outside; and mailed to the Department of Finance, Division of Purchasing, County Office Building, First Floor, Room 104, 49 Rancocas Road, Mount Holly, New Jersey 08060. The County of Burlington is not responsible for any misdirected or late deliveries during the Covid-19 declared state of emergency. Any Bid Not in Possession of the County Purchasing Agent by the Specified Prevailing Time of Bid Opening Will Not Be Accepted and Will Be Returned Unopened.
