Sealed bids will be accepted to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and services and perform and complete all work required for Grass Cutting at all properties in Southern Dauphin County owned by the Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth in the contract must be paid on this project and that the contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, age, religion, sex, handicap or national origin. Bidders are also advised that HUD's Section 3 requirements apply to this contract. Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women Business Enterprises (WBEs) are encouraged to bid. The Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin.
