Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Ashern, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the addition of a 19,117-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a 5,500-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Construction of the Lakeshore General Hospital Inpatient Building Addition, and Emergency Department Renovation Project includes a new bed inpatient addition (14 existing and 12 new) and renovation to the existing Emergency Department to accommodate a new net total of 8 treatment spaces. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing & will overlap with construction phases. Construction has commenced. Final tender by the Construction Manager will be released in March 2023. *The order of magnitude for construction for this project is approximately $9.2 Million ($9,200,000.00) CAD, exclusive of GST.
