To have contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, insurance, etc., necessary to reroof Shelters Nuthatch, Blue Jay and Grill Shelters as well as repair and repoint Blue Jay fireplace in Seneca Creek State Park, 11950 Clopper Road, Gaithersburg, Montgomery County, Maryland 20878. This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to -woof Shelters Nuthatch, Blue Jay and Grill Shelters as well as repair and rcpoint Blue Jay fireplace in Seneca Creek State Park, 11950 Ctopper Road, Gaithersburg, Montgomery County, MD 20878. The proposed project shall include, but is not limited to the following: a. Remove and dispose of old roofing materials, felt paper, and associated roofing accessories to expose the underlying wood decking, approximately seven thousand eight hundred and forty (7,840) SF total. b. Verify that all deck and substrate surfaces are acceptable to receive new roofing system. Replace any damaged wood decking as per Unit Prices NI. c. &move and replace any damaged rake and fascia boards as per Unit Price #2. d. Install ice membrane over the entire roof. e. Install metal drip edge around the entire perimeter of the roof. f. Install approximately seven thousand eight hundred and forty (7,840) SF total of lifetime asphalt architectural shingles to include new flashing in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. g. Install approximately forty-tight (48) I.F total of 5" K-style aluminum gutters and approx. twelve (12) IS of downspouts according to manufacturer's instructions. h. Repair and repoint existing fireplace and chimney in Blue Jay. i. Properly dispose of construction debris from the job site and leave it in a pre-construction condition.
