Project Description: The work generally consists of the construction of three (3) single family townhomes, sitework, and related landscaping. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 10 percent of the Bid Amount. A performance BOND and a Payment BOND, each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price (with a corporate surety approved by the HRDC) will be required to ensure faithful performance of the contract. No Contractor may submit a bid unless already property registered in Montana at the time of bid submission with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry.
