Criteria used for the evaluation will include: cost, responsiveness to specifications, references, previous performance, ability to provide services, consistency with current equipment and standards, and unspecified value-added offerings, and interview by the Bidder. Pursuant to the Labor Code of the State of California, it will be required that not less than the locally prevailing wage rates, as specified by the Director of Industrial Relations of the State of California, be paid to all workman employed or engaged in the performance of this project.
