Renovation of a municipal facility in Claremont, California. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Per the owner, as of January 8, 2025, design has commenced. The owner states that they do not have a general contractor on the project. A timeline for bidding and construction has not been determined. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............ The scope of services to be provided generally includes the following: Permitting, Environmental/CEQA Compliance, Review of District's Records, Project Management, Facility Assessment, Preliminary Design, Plans and Specifications (30%, 60%, 90%, FINAL), Cost Estimate, Bidding Assistance, Quality Assurance/Quality Control. A detailed Scope of Services is attached hereto as Exhibit A Question Deadline 12/14/2023 at 2:00 PM PT All questions, interpretations, or clarifications, either administrative or technical must be requested in writing and sent to TVMWD Engineer via email at kpanzer@tvmwd.com Consultant is encouraged to review this RFP carefully in its entirety prior to preparation of its Proposal. TVMWD reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to select the Proposal most advantageous to TVMWD. TVMWD reserves the right to verify all information submitted in the Proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
