Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Belmont, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 41,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Scope of Work will include the addition of a new 41,000 sq ft pre-cast load bearing structure, pre-cast roof structure, including sitework, TPO roofing, structural steel, miscellaneous steel, drywall partitions, glass and glazing, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and Electrical systems. All subcontractors interested in pre-qualifying to bid this must submit the Subcontractor pre-qualification form including supporting documents. Bid documents are tracking to be issued mid-May with a bid due date of mid-June. The early sitework package scope of work is scheduled to begin around 6/1/20. MWSBE Certified Firms are encouraged to apply. The project will be broken down in the following bid packages: BP01 - Roofing BP02 - Structural/Architectural Pre-Cast Total Project Budget: $12 million. Value of this bid package is not yet known.
