**As of February 21, 2024, project was awarded to Bruch & Bruch Construction, awarded amount is $1,498,367.30.** his project is to install porous asphalt parking lot, permeable paver walkways, two bioretention cells, large trees and landscape elements, cisterns and appurtenances, as well as associated utility and accessibility improvements at the City of Port Angeles' City Hall complex and adjacent rights-of-way. The time of completion (performance period) is a maximum of seventy-five (75) working days. The Engineer's estimate for the work is $970,000 - $1,240,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All questions regarding the plans and specifications shall be submitted no later than 5:00 pm PST, Thursday, January 11, 2024, in writing or electronically to Vince McIntyre, P.E, Project Manager, at vmcintyr@cityofpa.us.
