Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work under this contract shall consist of: removal and replacement of existing cement concrete and asphalt sidewalks and granite curbing, construction of new cement concrete and asphalt sidewalks, constructing accessible curb ramps, pavement milling and overlay of existing bituminous concrete pavement of the roadways, installation of drainage infrastructure, and appurtenant work. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, Highway Construction, for the project with a estimated value of 2.43 million will be required.
