Crushing, Stockpiling and Other Work.The work under the terms of this Contract involves the crushing and stockpiling of aggregates at the Bevans Pit only. The Bevans Pit is located at SW 36-1-25 W4M as shown in the attached Site Plan. Royalties should not be added to the bid price, County has agreement with Pit owner for Royalties.
