The Killeen Independent School District is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to provide various Contract Services at its campuses and support facilities. The contract services included are listed on the "Line Items" Tab of this Request for Proposals. This contract will enable the district to request services on an as needed basis from an awarded contract. Vendors shall respond to the line items for the services which they provide. This contract will be effective around March 15, 2022 through March, 14, 2023 and will automatically renew for four (4) additional years in a one (1) year increments unless either party provides notification not to renew ninety (90) days prior to renewal. Killeen ISD will accept multiple awards to vendors offering services thus allowing the district to choose different vendors best meeting its requirements, based on price, availability, convenience, reliability, responsiveness and track record. Vendors awarded this contract will be utilized on an as-needed basis. District employees will reach out for an official quote at the time of need. This request for proposals is not for a specific project.
