Pre-Bid Meeting No Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 03/15/2022 2:00 PM (PST) The City of Moreno Valley seeks the submission of proposals to provide Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) Plan Check services for the Land Development Division from any and all interested and qualified proposers. These services include providing WQMP Plan Checks for New Development and Significant Redevelopment projects. The requested services will be on an as-needed basis as determined by the City. The proposer is solely responsible for on-time submission of their electronic proposal. The City will only consider proposals that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an ebid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Proposal Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of proposals by any other means will not be accepted. Proposer shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the proposal management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service. Failure of the proposer to successfully submit an electronic proposal shall be at the proposer's sole risk and no relief will be given for late and/or improperly submitted proposals.
