For bidding information please email Roger P. Willis at rwillis@americusga.gov or call 229-924-4411; 232 Furnish and install all materials, labor and equipment for; 1. Pressure wash Brick at Elevator Penthouse, the roof will be protected from any damage while the work is being done. 2. Repoint any missing brick mortar and fill any cracks so as stop water infiltration. 3. Seal the exterior Elevator Penthouse walls with MasterProtect H 177. 4. Clean up all work areas and haul away all debris to an approved landfill. o Contractor responsible for complying with all State and Federal laws in connection with Lead Based paint or asbestos if applicable. o Contractor responsible for being OSHA compliant. o Contractor to supply references of similar type completed projects. o Contractor to rope off areas that are being worked on. o Contractor will be responsible for all permits, construction debris removal, and must provide proof of contractor/business license and adequate insurance coverage before contract will be awarded. o Contractor must start within 21 days of being awarded bid and must complete the project within 90 days. o Liquidated Damages shall be applied after 60 days of work commencing at a rate of $150.00 per day. Contractor can apply for an extension due to weather or other acceptable reason.
