Only companies and/or persons, companies, companies and corporations having a place of business in Quebec or in a province having concluded an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of public markets applicable to the Municipality, who hold recognized qualifications are allowed to bid. Each tenderer must submit an offer on the tender form provided for this purpose, which meets all the requirements specified in the tender documents. Anyone who intends to contract with the Municipality of Rawdon must also be aware of By-law 118-2018 on contract management of the Municipality of Rawdon . This by-law is available on the website of the Municipality of Rawdon at www.rawdon.ca, under the Citizens/By-laws/Contractual management tab. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or a Caisse populaire Desjardins or a bid bond issued in favor of the Municipality of Rawdon, in the amount of $10,000.
