Willis at rwillis@americusga.gov or call 229-924-4411 Contractor to furnish and install all materials, labor and equipment necessary for Door Replacement work for the City of Americus Office Building located at 101 West Lamar Street Americus, GA 31709. 1. Remove and Replace Existing Exterior Front Doors with a new door unit. a. The new doors shall match the existing doors as close as possible. b. The new unit shall have a new low-profile threshold and have weather seals. c. The new doors shall have a new lock set and 15 copies of keys provided. d. Repair/Seal landing where existing threshold/door hinge hardware is located. 2. The Existing doors will remain the property of the owner and be moved to a location specified by the owner by the contractor. 3. Clean up all work areas and haul away any debris created to an approved landfill.
