Construction of New Three Bedroom House (Six Buildings) Spirit Lake Nation, Fort Totten, North Dakota Sub-Contract bid can be mailed to or delivered in person to the Construction Manager/Contractor: Integrated Building Solutions, 201 College Drive North, Devils Lake, ND 58301 or brought to the bid opening. Bids must be received by 2:00 PM CT on Thursday, March 24th. Bids will be opened publicly at the Spirit Lake Housing Corporation, Spirit Lake Nation, 112 2nd Ave North, Fort Totten, North Dakota. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bids shall be lump sum basis and no alterations or attachments to the bid form. The Scope of Work includes various bid packages for the construction of New Three Bedroom House (Six Buildings) located in the Spirit Lake Nation, Fort Totten, North Dakota including but not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Earthwork / Site Work 2. Concrete 3. Carpentry 4. Roofing 5. Siding 6. Gutters and Downspouts 7. Window 8. Gypsum Wallboard 9. Flooring 10. Painting 11. Plumbing/HVAC 12. Electrical Construction documents are prepared by Dumont and Associates, Architects and can be viewed at the offices of the Construction Manager (Integrated Building Solutions), Minnesota Builders Exchange, Fargo-Moorhead Builders Exchange, Minot Builders Exchange, Grand Forks Builders Exchange, Bismarck Builders Exchange and at the office of the Architect (Dumont and Associates). Subcontractors wishing to obtain a copy of the Bid Documents may do so by contacting one of the Builders Exchange. Integrated Building Solutions reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received and to waive any informalities or irregularities.
