**As of April 19, 2022, project was awarded to Hanson Aggregates, awarded amount is $214,053.40.** In Place Paving Project #1 for paving on T-314 Log & Twig Road 1,502 Tons of 9.5MM Superpave,180 lb/sy Wearing Course 347 Tons of 9.5MM Superpave, Scratch Course 120 lbs/sy 2,973 SY- Grading, Shaping and Compacting Shoulders 504 Tons- 2A Crushed Aggregate, placed as Shoulder Back 892 Gallons of AE-P Prime Coat 3,965 LF 4" Double Yellow Center Lines with Glass Beads 7,930 LF of 4" Single White Edge Lines with Glass Beads The contractor proposes to furnish and deliver all materials (including Form CS-4171, Certificate of Compliance, TR-465 Daily Bituminous Mixture Certification or other forms pre-approved by PennDOT) and to do and perform all work on the following project as more specifically set forth in the Schedule of Prices (Attachment), in accordance with drawings and specifications on file at the Delaware Township Municipal Building at the above address. If designated as the successful bidder, the contractor will begin work on the date specified in the written notice to proceed and will complete all work by October 01, 2022. If all work is not completed on time, liquidated damages will be assessed at the rate of $875.00 per additional calendar day. Accompanying this proposal is a certified check or bid Bond in the amount of 10% made payable to the municipality as a proposal guarantee which, it is understood, will be forfeited in case the contractor fails to comply with the requirement of the proposal.
