The skateboard park will be located at 3597 Metcalfe Street, in Rawdon (corner of 4th Avenue and Metcalfe Street), in the Quartier Du Citoyen. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening of tenders and for an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, taxes included, and a Letter of Commitment guaranteeing the furnishing of a Performance Bond and a Contractor's Obligation Bond for Labour, Materials and Services, each for a value of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount of the bid, taxes included, and valid for the entire duration of the work.
