JP Moseley Park Disc Golf Course Improvements Henry County Government is seeking qualified Contractor teams to complete improvements to the disc golf course at JP Moseley Park, located at 1041 Miller's Mill Road, Stockbridge, GA 30281. The work shall be based on the plans completed by Planet Earth Designs dated January 7, 2022. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities. West 9 1. Tee pads - Contractor to install two (2) tee pads per hole on the new nine (9) holes for a total of eighteen (18) tee pads. Contractor must set all the forms for the tee pads and get approval from the course designer prior to pouring concrete. 2. Basket Sleeves - Contractor must install a total of eighteen (18) basket sleeves for the new nine (9) holes. Note that the county will purchase the baskets, the disc golf club will assemble and install the new baskets. County to provide new locks for all new baskets (keyed alike). 3. Signage - Contractor must order and install the sign panels and posts. Reference the plans for details. 4. Hole 1 Gathering Area - Contractor must grade and install a small seat-wall with slate chips and a small shade structure behind the #1 tee. The selected contractor must submit shop drawings for the shade structures. Please reference the plans. Original 18 1. Entry Area - As shown on plans, the contractor must install a new shade structure, sidewalk, new basket sleeves, new plants, new benches, slate chips and mulch for the entry area. The contractor must install a new concrete tee pad and tee pad sign for the new hole 1 tee pad. 2. Kiosk - New kiosk location shown on plans and details for construction included. Contractor must order the new sign for the kiosk that will show all 36-disc golf holes. East 9 1. Basket Sleeve - Contractor must install a new basket sleeve on hole 4A
