Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stockbridge, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Owner wishes to replace approximately 356 water service lines on or close to N. Henry Blvd. Service line replacements will be from the water main to the meter box. Some meter boxes may need to be relocated to conform with City of Stockbridge Minimum Development Regulations. The work to be completed shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials not listed in the "Materials List" necessary to locate and install approximately 1,600 linear feet of 2" XLPE water main, approximately 356 water service lines, and abandon the existing service lines complete with tapping saddles, corporation stops, XLPE service tubing, curb stops, service line disinfection, roadway replacement, earthwork, grassing, soil erosion and sediment control measures, and all appurtenances necessary to provide a complete installation. Bids shall be accompanied by a bond or certified cashier's check in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid price.
