CITY OF STOCKBRIDGE WATER SERVICE LINE REPLACEMENT MATERIALS The City of Stockbridge is soliciting competitive sealed bids to supply materials for 356 water service line installations and 1,600 linear feet of 2" water main. Please provide a unit price for each line item including materials, delivery, and all other costs associated with ordering and supplying the materials. Please do not include sales tax in your unit prices. All bids should include an estimate for delivery time from the issuance of a purchase order and a copy of Bidder's restocking policy/fee in accordance with the terms of this Invitation To Bid. PROJECT OVERVIEW Sealed unit price bids will be received by the City of Stockbridge, Georgia from prospective Bidders for the City of Stockbridge, Georgia's "2021 Water Service Line Replacements - Materials" project. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all Bidders, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and to request resubmission. Any sole response that is received may or maynot be rejected by the City depending on available competition and the timely needs of the City. Any questions or suggestions regarding this ITB shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Division contact person, Lindell Y. Any response made by the City shall be provided in writing to all Bidder by addendum.No verbal responses shall be authoritative.
