City of Stockbridge (City) Is Seeking Proposals From a Qualified Firm(S) for the Purpose of Completing the Livable Centers Initiative (Lci) Study. The Work to Be Accomplished Is in Accordance With the Livable Centers Initiative (Lci) Program. Stockbridge Has an Lci Study, Which Was Updated in 2012. The City Also Has an Updated Comprehensive Plan (2018), Bicycle, Pedestrian and Trail Plan (2017), and a Downtown Renaissance Strategic Vision & Plan (Rsvp). This Concept Study Will Compile Recommendations From Each of These Publications. The City's Intent Is to Develop a Complete Study That Cover a 0.8-mile Segment of the Downtown Area of Stockbridge Including Us 23 From East Atlanta Rd to Burke St.; Burke Street From Us 23 to Davis Road; Love Street From Burke St to East Atlanta Road, Jim Clark Dr. From Mlk Sr. Heritage Trail to Burke Street; Mlk Sr. Heritage Trail From Lovejoy Street to Jim Clark Dr.; Lovejoy Street From Burke St. To Mlk Sr. Heritage Trail. Any Questions Pertaining to the Requirements of the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications, Either Procedural or Technical, Shall Be in Writing and Are to Be Submitted to the City of Stockbridge; Attention: Lindell Y.
