The Work consists of mobilization, completing project permitting, working with Owner & Designer throughout permitting process, line locates, saw cutting asphalt and concrete, excavation, installation of type II base, compaction, dust control, reinforcement steel, formwork, concrete, steel structure, metal roof, painting, connections to existing building, protection of existing building from damage, paving, site clean-up, waste disposal, and all other work as described in the contract documents and current regulations. Question Cutoff Date:3/24/2022 01:00:00 PM (ET) A certified or cashier's check or Bid Bond, obtained from a financially responsible and reliable bank or surety, accompanying the Bid payable, without condition to the Owner in an amount of 5 percent of the Bidder's Total Bid Price as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement, and provide the necessary bonds, insurance certificates, and other required documentation. The Contractor shall furnish with the executed Agreements, a Construction Performance and Payment Bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price, as security for faithful performance and payment of all the Contractor obligations under the Contract Documents, pursuant to NRS 339. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including, without limitation, the right to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids, and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of Owner to make an award to that Bidder.
