All Bid Documents for the Downingtown High School East Window Replacements Project will be available in April. DOWNINGTOWN AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT will accept sealed bids for the Removal of Existing Windows and the Installation of New Window Units, Window Treatments, Casings, Sills, and Sealants at the Downingtown East High School. The anticipated project award date is April 6, 2022. Work commencement date and completion date to be determined. The Base Scope of work includes but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, rigging and appurtenances required to remove existing windows and install new window system, window treatments, casings, sills, and sealants. For Bids in excess of $25,000, prospective bidders will be subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Labor & Industry Prevailing Wages Act. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularity in the bids and in the bidding.
