Furnish all materials and labor required for the completion of a functional lightning protection system consisting of air terminals, conductors, grounds, and other component parts for protection against damage by lightning. NAICS: 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors, the small business size standard is $16.5 million. Contractors must be currently listed in the System for Award Management(SAM) as a Small Business for this solicitation's NAICS code. Those offerors not listed as a Small Business for NAICS 238290 may be deemed ineligible for further consideration for award. b. Award of this solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. c. Onsite construction shall be executed within 5 calendar days of notice to proceed. d.
