Chambers County Commissioners Court is requesting sealed bid proposals for the Construction of kilgore parkway from approx 2400 ft east of sh 146 to sh 99 and approx 3500 ft east of sh 99 to fm 3180 background. All bids must have a notarized noncollusion affidavit or the bid will not be accepted. No emailed bids will be accepted. Submitted sealed bids will be publicly opened on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 @ 9:00 AM in the County Judge's Court Room, located on the 2nd floor at 404 Washington Ave, Anahuac, TX 77514. All sealed bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope: "KILGORE PARKWAY CONSTRUCTION" along with Bidder's name and return address.
