Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Description of Work: To expand the TMCC Health Science Center (HSC) building at the Redfield campus on Mount Rose Highway to include 2 classrooms on the south and a new nursing lab on the north of the existing building. The current nursing lab will be renovated into staff and faculty offices. Estimated Cost Range: $3,400,000 - $3,600,000 Liquidated Damages: $1,000/day Special Considerations: The civil portion of this building is on 2 sides of the building and the portion to the north will be in the vicinity of natural gas and sewer lines. The office renovation will not be able to occur until the new nursing lab is online Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Builder's Risk Insurance will be required. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work shall be fully complete by July 31, 2023. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
