Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Thurmont, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project generally comprises of constructing a new little league baseball field, parking area, and walking trail including provisions for drainage, backfill, excavation, sediment and erosion control, and afforestation according to the plans and any other incidental work in the Town of Thurmont, Frederick County, Maryland. The project is being funded through a Local Parks and Playground Infrastructure Grant. Wage rates and MBE/DBE participation efforts are required. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M, prevailing time, on May 20, 2022 The Contract will be subject to the Federal Wage Rates. The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any, or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
